This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit nextwin.agency or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect on this website

This website has no user accounts, no contact forms and sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. processes technical data that your browser transmits (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) in server logs. This is required to deliver the site securely and reliably (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted by the hosting provider on a short rotation.

When you contact us

All contact happens through external channels you choose: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or email. When you reach out, we process the data you send us (name, handle, message content) to answer your request and, if a partnership follows, to prepare and run it (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Each of these channels is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy: Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). We recommend reviewing their policies before contacting us there.

How long we keep data

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request or the business relationship, plus any statutory retention periods, and is deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
